At Tiffanya Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tiffanya Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached, then pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
